Who are we?

We live and love IT. We come from different IT fields and combine IT know-how and professional skills. We are especially proud of our didactic knowledge transfer thanks to the RAED Teaching Method®, developed by our founder Laith Raed. We are lecturers at elite universities, book authors, software developers and software architects with years of industry experience.

We have made it our mission to enable everyone to get started with topics such as programming with Python, C#, C++ or Java, or the topic of Machine Learning. With the RAED Teaching Method® and a large practical part, our trainers succeed in conveying content quickly, entertainingly and memorably. The RAED Teaching Method®

The RAED Teaching Method® has been developed and tested by Laith Raed during his 11 years of teaching at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich for various programming languages, clean code, unit testing and clean software architecture.

The theory is reduced to the essentials. Through many examples and programming tasks, which increase linearly in difficulty, a sense of achievement is guaranteed. The theory makes up 30%, the practice 70%. Thus the participants have more motivation, joy and success. The teaching goal is: To be able to do instead of to know!

This teaching method has proven to be particularly simple and effective and is so much fun for the course participants that Laith Raed has registered it as a trademark at the patent office.

It can be applied to all programming languages and also to artificial intelligence courses. The RAED Teaching Method® is the foundation of the Coding Academy. All of our trainers design and teach our courses and team coaching programs using this method. The goal is to be able to put what you learn into practice immediately.
